No Kettlebell Program recommendations
So this stuff is pretty simple by default. Program your timer for 20-30 min and do as many rounds as you can of 30-60sec farmers walk and 30-60 sec bear crawls. Try to accomplish as many rounds as you can without losing form.
Pay attention to the video – there are several key point that will make you curse at me over the period of time. I’ll deal with that part!
