Ok, let’s get to the simplicity of this complex first.
Love bodyweight training. We utilize whole spectrum of bodyweight movements to help our clients achieve their goals.
Depending on the level of athletic skills and one’s capabilities different programs are assigned.
This Easy Bodyweight Complex I noticed we use quite often during our sessions, and at different parts of the session as well.
Let’s take a deeper look at the Easy Bodyweight Complex and how you can utilize it to take the most out of it!
Option #1
For 5-7 min it could be used as a part of warm up routine.
Keep number of reps 10-15 and move with as little break as possible.
Option #2
It’s a safe way to promote as a main session 15-20 min for somebody who starting and was away from physical activity for a while.
Adjust reps accordingly to the needs and fitness level.
Option #3
You can make a dessert out of it! lol
Let me explain: It’s an inside joke at our facility about “dessert” at our facility.
We mean some finishing exercises at the end of the session that will get Metabolic Rate even higher and use almost last drop of gas tank.
So the way you utilize dessert is simple – put the timer 30-60 sec per exercise and have fun!
Feel free to double up on some of them or take some of them out of Easy Bodyweight Complex.
Depending on level of conditioning and your toughness you can play for 5-20 min with this puppy.
